This class is designed for beginners who do not have much experience with exercise or
finds themselves getting injured every time they try to start an exercise program. I will
teach on the main topics of stretching and proper form for pulling, pushing, and
squatting – the three foundational moves of all exercise programs.

I’m sure you’ve heard a thousand times “you need to stretch!”, but has anyone ever
explained why you need to stretch, the basic physiology of stretching, and how to
stretch without injuring yourself? This class will not only explain all of those things to
you, but we will also take to the mats for a comprehensive stretching routine that you
can learn to do anywhere and anytime!

In this class, you will also learn and practice the pull-up, push-up, and squat. This class
is for anyone even if you have never done 1 pull-up in your life and thinking about push-
ups makes you sweat. You will learn how to build foundational strength for pushing and
pulling moves, build a strong core, and build up (or scale) your workouts to move from
complete beginner to being able to complete full sets of pull-ups, push-ups, and squats.
Not only will you get into great shape, but you will master these three movements that
are the basis for every other exercise you will ever do in the gym.
